About the Client: Our client is a renowned boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Santorini. With its breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and personalized service, the hotel offers guests an unforgettable experience in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s boutique property in Santorini. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained throughout the property.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Collaborate with the client’s management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to support hotel operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury property.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations, industry standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Eligibility to work in Greece.
