Bella Vista Hotel, a charming gem nestled on Benitses Beach, offers an unforgettable experience where you can gain hands-on experience while soaking up the sun. Did we mention you’ll be working right next to the sea? Imagine finishing a shift and heading straight to the beach – if that’s not a mythical experience worthy of the gods, we don’t know what is! Oh, and while you’re here, don’t be surprised if you end up dancing the syrtaki or humming to the tune of "Zorba" with the locals.
About the Hotel & the Internship
Bella Vista is a small, family-owned hotel with around 50 rooms, famous for its warm hospitality and innovative management style. Located just steps from the beach and close to scenic mountain trails, it’s the perfect blend of nature and business. Corfu Town, with its lively charm, is just a 25-minute bus ride away. This means you’ll have the best of both worlds: peaceful beach vibes and the bustling energy of the town when you want it. Plus, we provide free shared accommodation, a delicious breakfast buffet, and homemade Greek lunches to keep you fueled and ready for action.
The Hotel Internship Breakdown
We offer a variety of internship roles, with a focus on hospitality, management, and tourism. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team, which means you’ll get exposure to all aspects of running a hotel – from front desk duties to social media marketing and even sales management.
Work shifts are flexible (so yes, you’ll have time for a dip in the sea). You’ll work 40 hours a week, with two days off to explore the island or just chill on the beach. Internships are available for 3 to even 9 months, depending on your schedule.

- 50% of your time: Food & beverage – serving breakfast, assisting in food prep, and learning the ropes of restaurant service.
- 25% of your time: Hospitality & marketing – reception, guest relations, online marketing campaigns (think Tik Tok and Instagram!), and managing guest reviews.
- 25% of your time: Management & sales – helping with reports, market research, and personal projects tailored to your growth.

Requirements
- Over 18 and enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Marketing).
- Fluent in English (extra points if you speak German or Italian or another language!).
- Adaptable, open-minded, and ready to embrace Greek culture (bonus if you can dance Syrtaki! Or want to learn some moves.
- Must have a European passport or applicable visa.
- Free shared accommodation with fellow international interns.
- Daily Greek-style breakfast and six homemade lunches per week.
- Hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
- Endless beach time and a chance to network with people from all over the world.
- Assistance with Erasmus documentation and funding.
