attica department stores is currently in search of an IT Operator for our central offices in Athens.

Role purpose: The job holder will be responsible for handling the operation of our computer systems (ERP & POS), especially in relation to the interfaces with external systems and vendors. The role reports directly to the IT & Operations Director.

Key responsibilities:
Perform daily loading tasks of EDI invoice files in the SAP ERP system.
Manage discount files and load into IT applications.
Contact vendors on EDI issues.
Manage & solve problems with warehouse receipts and discount files.
Store support in warehouse receipts procedures.

Skills/Experience Required:
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years, ideally in Retail industry.
Excellent knowledge of MS-Windows, MS-Office.
Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered as a plus.
Customer-oriented with focus on quality and customer’s satisfaction.
Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent level of English (written & oral).
Ability to work in swifts.
