ROLE FUNCTIONS

Procurement:
Negotiate with suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.

Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Conduct market research for new products and suppliers.

Inventory Management:
Oversee delivery receipt and quality inspection.

Organize storage for resort supplies.

Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.

Implement strategies to minimize waste.

Documentation and Reporting:
Accurate records of inventory transactions.

Regular reports on inventory levels and purchasing activities.

Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Conduct quality inspections.

Assist with audits.

Team Collaboration:
Work with culinary, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to address procurement needs.

Requirements

Relevant experience in hospitality

Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar

English language
