Let's start with the role

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Associate to join our Op Ex team. Our aim is to take Kaizen Gaming to the next phase of an exciting scale-up growth journey. You will be focusing on Op Ex practices such as process mapping & analysis, KPI design and optimizations via process re-engineering and/or soft automations. You'll be able to follow our Op Ex Partners in applying continuous improvement methods and follow an exciting upskilling path. Be part of a pioneering Kaizen team for which sky's the limit.

Tasks

Business Process modeling and analysis:
Assist the Op Ex Partners in achieving end to end process mapping - scope can be any operational Kaizen process. Produce deliverables such as:

• Process flowcharts, deliverable presentations, process index matrices etc.;
• Identify and discuss with the Op Ex Partners inefficiencies/wastes/optimization opportunities - Manage related documentation;
• Witness our Op Ex Partners manage Stakeholders and raise awareness on our methodologies;
• Business Process metrics: closely collaborate with BI and the Business to define key performance metrics to drive and facilitate continuous improvement.

Process optimization:

• Assist in the prioritization, specification and implementation of operational improvements;
• Follow the Op Ex Partners' techniques on impact measurement and expected benefits calculation;
• Support the optimization projects through Stakeholder management (internal & external), input at the (re)design of tools, requirements analysis, etc.;
• Experience on the job coaching of business colleagues on the application of operational excellence approaches and change management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience in process modeling and improvement;
• Hands-on experience in lean methodologies (continuous improvement tools/techniques) will be considered a plus;
• Very strong presentation skills;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment;
• Strong follow up, prioritization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, Greek and English); comfortable in front of all levels of the organization, as well as external partners;
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Applied Sciences or related field;
• A Master's degree in a complementary field to the bachelor's degree is highly appreciated.
