RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Front Office Management team, the incumbent will assist in providing customer focused service to our guests, ensuring prior to their arrival that their stay will become an ultimate experience.

About the Property
Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

Join our family at Amanzoe as a Pre-Arrival & Concierge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Front Office Management team, the incumbent will assist in providing customer focused service to our guests, ensuring prior to their arrival that their stay will become an ultimate experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
About the Successful Candidate
You will likely already possess previous experience experience of at least 2 years in Front Office - Concierge and/ or at reservations. Certificate of Hotel school,/Business in Tourism is also required. Knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio is mandatory. Microsoft Office skills are also very important for the position together with proficient use of Greek & English. A third language in advanced level would be an advantage.
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
