Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation for Construction Projects
- Negotiation of pricing and supply contracts
- Creation and maintaining of commercial relationships with venders/suppliers.
- Review and evaluation of venders and suppliers
- Maintaining of purchase records and other important data.
- Cost Control and Monitoring of the implementation procedures
- Drafting of Implementation Studies
- Drafting of As-Build Drawings
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- 3+ years of experience on site-construction and procurement
- Deep knowledge of the Greek Legal Framework of Construction

Proficiency in Autocad, MS office and other Design progr

Basic Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- 3+ years of experience on site-construction and procurement
- Deep knowledge of the Greek Legal Framework of Construction
- Proficiency in Autocad, MS office and other Design programs
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
- Ability to interact with teams and work under tight deadlines
- Accountability and result orientation
- Self-motivation to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills
