AVAX Development is a real estate development company operating in Europe. Having its main focus in Greece, its objective is to develop high quality innovative projects. The company mainly focuses on the residential sector exhibiting an outstanding track record in projects of urban properties and holiday homes in renowned tourism destinations.
We are seeking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Developing a sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals

Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners/real estate agents

Monitoring competition, industry trends and conducting market research reports

Preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management - monitoring KPIs and key metrics to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement

Conducting property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and investors

Collaborating with marketing department to implement promotional activities and campaigns

Required skills and qualifications

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing customer relationships

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Willingness to travel (mainly within Greece)

Preferred skills and qualifications

Experience in real estate residential sales

Fluency in other languages is considered a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
