CROSS PHARMACEUTICALS is one of the most rapidly developing companies in the field of medicine, O.T.C, as it offers therapeutic solutions by selecting innovative formulations for the medical community and pharmacy. One of the key factors in CROSS PHARMACEUTICALS's well-established course is the successful sales team and the continuous strengthening of our departments.
As part of our growth, the company seeks to fill in the position of a (1) Regulatory Affairs Officer, who will staff the Scientific Affairs department of the company at the CROSS offices in Athens (Kifisia). She/he will handle Regulatory Affairs issues regarding Medical Devices, Food Supplements, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring processes & procedures are adequately designed to meet regulatory requirements
Stay up-to-date on current legislation and guidelines in Europe and Greece in relation to medical devices, cosmetics and supplements
Maintain documentation related to regulatory affairs
Review package artworks and promotional materials for compliance with regulations
Verification of compliance of the document accompanying medical devices/cosmetics/food supplements for customs authorities
Act as a liaison person with regulatory authorities/clients and RA departments of collaborating partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in health sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy and relevant sciences)
Master's degree in a relevant academic subject or a higher degree in Regulatory Affairs
≥2 years of experience in a Regulatory Affairs department in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of regulatory affairs legislation and guidelines
Advanced interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills
Strong organizing skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Attend staff meetings and training as required
Occasional travel to other sites may be required
