Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We seek an experienced Sous Maitre to join the Atlantica awarded winning 5* Atlantica Imperial Hotel in Rhodes island for the season 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service, training, and leadership.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and optimal staffing levels.
Train, motivate, and coach team members to embody the Atlantica values and deliver service excellence.
Implement and uphold procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service in line with company standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Degree in hospitality management
Strong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
