As Transaction Banking Products Specialist you will be responsible for managing the development of financial products

What you will be doing

• Identify market trends and client needs to conceptualize and develop new financial banking products in the areas of Transaction Banking, treasury and Deposits.
• Assist in the improvement of existing financial banking products and services to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
• Gather the necessary documentation concerning the performance of the Bank’s market position versus market trends and the competition, aiming to improve the Bank’s penetration.
• Analyze the KPIs of financial products and services in collaboration with the Team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the financial banking sector.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance is preferred
• A minimum of five (5) years of previous working experience in client-facing role, in the Financial Services industry, preferably in the Wholesale Banking.
• Familiarity with Product Design and Development and with Trade and Treasury Transactions
• Analytical Thinking
• Customer Relationship Management
