Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Ukrainian Speaking Social Media Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Review: Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines and policies.
• Escalation: Identify and escalate violations of client policies when necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality in each piece of content you review.
• Feedback Provision: Provide insights and feedback to improve content moderation processes.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Ukrainian with a strong command of English.
• Social Media Savvy: A keen interest in social media trends and user engagement.
• Moderation Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to foster a positive online community.

Work Conditions:

• Shifts: 24/7, office-based.
• Contract: Permanent contract with competitive pay structure.

Relocation Package Includes:
