• 透過電話解答及處理客戶查詢，須跟進投訴個案，提供優質客戶熱線服務
• 使用系統輸入或更新有關客戶查詢的資料

職位要求

• HKDSE/HKCEE 或以上學歷
• 1年或以上客戶服務經驗或具客服中心工作經驗優先考慮
• 懂中文打字及基本電腦操作
• 操流利廣東話及英語，良好普通話
• 歡迎應屆畢業生，轉行轉職人士或經驗較少者申請，能即時上班者優先

工作地點： 美孚
工作時間

• 星期一至日及公眾假期，上午9時至下午8時 (五天工作，每天8.5小時)
• 需按更表編排輪班當值
