Digital & Content Marketing (60%)
Develop and curate content for social media, email marketing, and mobile app
Collaborate with marketing agencies on branding materials like menus, posters, and digital assets
Organize influencer tastings from the mainland to our restaurants and build relationships with key opinion leaders
Support daily marketing operations and administrative tasks

Business Development (20%)

• Manage promotional campaigns with landlords
• Assist in setting up promotional offers in the system
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and partner opportunities
• Support on pitching and building relationships with potential partners

Event Management (10%)

• Assist in planning and execution of assigned partnership events/catering events and communicate with internal departments and external parties for the operation execution
• Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction for events

Customer Relationship Management (10%)

• Support CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or a related area is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and content creation
• Proven track record in managing KOLs and working with design agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, e.g. Xiao Hung Shu, Dian Ping, and Tik Tok are highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet rollout schedules.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills a creative mindset and a can-do positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and proactive with detailed-mindedness, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus .
• Knowledge of graphic design software, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is advantageous.
• Strong interest in F&B is a plus
