Job Duties:
Responsible for business development of the relevant product (sea freight) in line with the strategy of sales management and corporate.

Establish and build customer relationship through regular customer visits.

Drive sea freight business development through ECU products and service offerings

Take ownership and responsibilities for individual performance goals (Volume and GP)

Develop new customers and maintain the existing business, as well as expanding the business scope

Collect market information and share feedback to the management

Prepare timely and accurate reports as required by Country Manager and regional office, for the purposes of evaluating performance and formulating strategies.

Establish relationship and work closely with their governing bodies and members

Plan, organize and direct Business Development Group through day-to-day management in order to achieve targeted revenues and profitability.

Ensure open communication of management policies and business strategies among business development group.

Qualifications / Experience

College degree or above.

Minimum 6 years sales experience, and at least 3 years sales mgr. experience in freight forwarding industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of LCL industry, familiar with operation processes, trade lane and shipping market.

A results-driven individual with a successful track record in new business development.

Business acumen, customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.

Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers from all nationalities and are confident in social and business networking situations

Have a combination of great interpersonal skills and persistence whilst being detail oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality customer service.

A strategic thinker with long term planning abilities which you have the drive and determination to implement

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
