What we expect from you:
Assist the Cigarette Department in handling business & sales administration with the details as follows:

Develop new customers and new channels in the cigarette business
Handle sales analysis and reporting
Coordinate with suppliers on the purchase order
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure the smoothness of the delivery
Handle the ERP system to ensure data accuracy, sort and file business documents regularly
Annual sales target formulation, sales-task communication and implementation
Handle full set of import & export sales, logistics and related documents
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

How we imagine you:
Bachelor degree or above
2+ years experience in Tobacco business, Import and Export Trading, International Logistic or related field are preferrable.
Good data sensitivity and analysis skills
Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
Professional speaking and written skills in both Chinese and English, preferably fluent in Mandarin
Permitted to work in Hong Kong

協助捲煙營運部處理業務及銷售相關行政工作,具體內容如下:
捲煙業務新客戶、新管道拓展
產品銷售分析及報告撰寫
與供應商緊密溝通,及時完成訂單收集、匯總及上報
與供應商和客戶緊密聯繫,確保貨物按時按質交付
熟練運用ERP系統,定期完成業務資料歸檔和資料分析
年度銷售目標制定及銷售任務溝通執行
獨立處理全套銷售及物流單證
處理上級安排的其他臨時性工作

崗位要求:
大學本科及以上學歷
2年或以上相關工作經驗,具備煙草業務,進出口貿易、國際物流或相關領域經驗者優先
對數字具有高敏感度,具備較好的數據分析能力
責任心強,成熟,溝通能力強,良好的人際交往能力
具備良好的中英文書寫和語言表達能力,普通話流利者優先
具備香港工作許可
