Responsibilities :

• Handle project from design stage to construction stage ;
• Prepare full set of construction drawing and shop drawing ;
• Project liaison and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors ;
• Meeting with Client, Designer, Consultants etc.

Requirements :

• Form 5 graduated or above ;
• Positive Minded, Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and Hardworking is MUST ;
• Good Communication Skill (Speaking and Writing) with Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Certificate from Diploma / Higher Diploma
• 1 to 3 years or above relevant work experience ;
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, MS office, Photoshop and Illustrator ;
• Construction Site Access is needed ;
• Immediately available will be an advantage
