- Provide quality patient care and respond proactively to meet client needs
- Work with other members of the clinical team and participate actively to enhance teamwork and smooth operations of the unit
- Comply with the hospital policies and procedures to meet statutory and professional standards
- Keep good and accurate documentation related to patient care processes
- Participate in quality improvement activities and infection control practices in the unit(s)
- Engage in update of clinical knowledge and core competencies required by the Nursing Council and CUHK Medical Centre
- Shift duties required
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
- Holder of a Diploma in Nursing or above
- Holder of a valid General Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrable personal commitment in providing safe and quality patient care services
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
