Event Executive - located in HK
FULL TIME & CONTRACT

- Manage a diverse range of hybrid, physical, and virtual events and exhibitions.
- Produce events for clients with the support of our talented team.
- Act as a storyteller to pitch and present innovative proposals.
- Promote the Group's services to existing and new customers to meet the financial targets set by the business unit.
- Serve and manage retained clients, developing sales leads assigned by superiors from the pitching phase to closing deals.
- Oversee client and project management, including gathering project requirements, conducting design briefings, preparing quotations, and securing contract confirmations.
- Brief production teams and coordinate with stakeholders and interoffice departments to ensure smooth operations and high standards, in line with the Group’s expectations.
- Assist superiors in managing and developing team members, enhancing team and business processes, and providing guidance and support.
- Degree holder or above, preferably in event management or a related creative field.
- Relevant experience in an agency, exhibition, or event company.
- Creative, organized, and responsible, with a strong marketing sense.
- Proven abilities in time management, negotiation, and multitasking.
- Effective problem solver who can think creatively to ensure service continuity.
- Strong team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Event Executive role.
Pay: $20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
