The 28-floor hotel comprises 298 well-appointed guest rooms and suites with panoramic views of the city. Hotel also provides well-equipped dining facilities including Western Restaurant, Chinese restaurant and two multi-purposed functions for all sorts of business & private events.

Responsibilities:
Provide check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient manner

Manage Front desk daily operations

Provide quality services, handle guests’ enquiries & complaints

Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

3 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry

Independent and able to work shift duty

Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Familiar with Opera PMS will be an advantage
