Energetic IT trainer and desktop support for our client, a major US Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

Training experience accross BYOD devices, hardware and software
Level 1 user support/troubleshooting
Perform day-to-day administration and desktop services.
Conduct regular system checks
Handle administrative tasks including hardware inventory, report preparation, and system documentation.
Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in IT training Service Desk and IT support.
Previous experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
Experienced training users
Experienced writing own training material
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
