IT Trainer / Desktop Support

- Training experience accross BYOD devices, hardware and software
- Level 1 user support/troubleshooting
- Perform day-to-day administration and desktop services.
- Conduct regular system checks
- Handle administrative tasks including hardware inventory, report preparation, and system documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.
- Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in IT training Service Desk and IT support.
- Previous experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
- Experienced training users
- Experienced writing own training material
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
