UOW College Hong Kong (“UOWCHK”) is an approved post-secondary college registered under the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap 320). Being part of the University of Wollongong (UOW) in Australia, our students’ learning experiences are enriched through visits by UOW academics or exchange programmes with UOW and its network universities in Asia and the UAE.
We offer a wide range of bachelor’s degree, UOW top-up degree, and sub-degree programmes, foundation programmes include Diploma in General Studies, and Diploma of Applied Education, and ERB courses and preparatory courses for international language proficiency tests.
With about 1,300 students, the College attaches high importance to student learning experience. Overseas study tours, mentorship programmes, and internships are organized to prepare our students for the real world.
Duties
The Marketing and Student Recruitment Director will take a leadership role in developing and executing the College’s marketing, brand development, student recruitment strategies and processes. He/She will be responsible for spearheading student recruitment initiatives and admissions processes. Additionally, the Director will be tasked with maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Criteria for Appointment
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or above, and have the following qualities:

• Substantial experience and demonstrated achievements in both marketing and student recruitment functions;
• Proven ability to develop effective marketing plan to promote the College and promote public awareness of the College brand;
• Proven ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive student enrollment;
• Relevant management experience, with a strong track record of leadership in marketing and student recruitment including admission processes;
• Exceptional leadership and presentation skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; and
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
