We are now looking for the following high caliber candidate.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews

Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events

Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics

Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns

Website and social media platform content update and content writing

Organizing events, exhibitions and promotional activities

Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline

Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience

Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time

Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits

Working closely with management to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project

Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, schedules, and budgets for accuracy

Communicating with management and team to provide updates on project status

Developing a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives

Other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Multi-media or related disciplines

At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing (preferably FMCG or brand management) or event management

Proficiency in social media tools

Good PC knowledge in MS office, Excel & Chinese word processing

Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Possess good interpersonal skills and energetic personality

Self-motivated, confident and have commitment to success

Well-organized, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility to work multitask in a fast-pace environment

A good team player, independent with initiatives, and be able to work under pressure

Candidate with more experience will consider for a senior position
