Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance needs of stores, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and repair requests are addressed promptly.
• Assist manager in project management execution process and facilities management
• Support the documental administration works of project-related
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders of internal and external parties
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience, preferably in the F&B industries
• Responsible, analytical, independent, self-motivated with good communication skills and able to work multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD software
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
• Immediate availability is preferred
