A charitable organization established in 2023, Music Flow aspires to bring the transformative power of music therapy to the Hong Kong community. Our mission is to make music therapy accessible to all and enhance the quality of life for patients throughout the city.
Description:

• Oversee funded project(s), including but not limited to assisting in the development of project plan including the tasks, deliverables, schedules and resources required, and maintain a repository of documentations for project governance and audit purposes.
• Handle other project management and administrative matters such as budget control, database maintenance, impact measurement, correspondence handling, arrangement of meetings and filing.
• Coordinate programs, workshops, and events, ensuring their smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Handle all general administration affairs, including administrative support to the Board – record keeping, document control, filing, procedures etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects.

About you:

• Degree holder in any discipline. Experience in NGOs and/or social service sector would be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Working hours:

• 5 days per week (Full-time)
• Remote/hybrid working arrangement
