Project Manager (The HKJC Charities Fund Campsite Collaboration Project)

Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 146 years. The Kuk provides diversified social services including social welfare, education, culture and recreation to the general public. We invite high caliber personnel to fill the following position:
Project Manager (The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Fund Campsite Collaboration Project)
Responsibilities:
Assist in project management of Campsite collaboration project, which is supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Fund, in Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp ; conduct project planning and draw up implementation details; work out arrangements in collaboration with the implementation partners; liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for the smooth implementation of projects; monitor and review the implementation, effectiveness of the projects and prepare related documents including reports and proposal etc,.
Requirements:
- Recognized university degree, preferable in Recreational / Business Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years or more of experience in organizing and promoting sports and recreation activities.
- Working and managerial experience in project planning / development / administration; solid experience in preparation of funding proposal and solicitation of funding or related matters will be of an advantage;
- Good communications and problem solving skills;
- Good written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English and Cantonese.
- Shift duty is required.
- Contract post with 3 year.
