Requirement:
Minimum 10 years' experience in security management of which 5 years must be in supervisory level.
In charge of all security matter within the building, carpark, loading & unloading area and all public area.
To liaise closely with the authorized management staff.
To record incidents on the building and submit occurrence/ accident reports to the management office on a daily basis.
Speak Cantonese and able to read and write Chinese Characters.
Able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin.
With the previous Police, Military of premium security experience.
Must possess a Security Personnel Permit (SPP) issued under the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Chapter 460 of the laws of Hong Kong).
Must possess a Valid QAS Certification.
24 hours on call attendance.
Interested candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered for the Senior Guest Service Officer position.
