Job Duties:
Assist in providing administrative support to the Company's sports and recreation program, including but not limited to managing regular interest classes, monthly outings and special activities, developing contents for monthly newsletter and managing gym applications and operations
Supervise the performance of vendor/service provider
Develop new ideas of sports and recreation activities
Assist in organizing sports competitions and large-scale events and perform outdoor work
Handle colleagues enquiries, collect feedback and make suggestion for future improvement
Work frequently shift duty on weekends and public holidays
Support team in other assignments when required

Job Requirements:
Higher education in Sports and Recreation Management or Leisure Studies
A holder of valid first aid certificate
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word and Power Point
Independent and able to work under tight schedules
Ability to work in evenings and weekends occasionally
Fresh graduates are welcome

Place of work :
Hybrid working (Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. – 6:00p.m.)
