Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for investment project, asset disposal and asset value assessment andanalysis, and provide opinions to the Approval Committee.
- Responsible for supervising the post-investment monitoring and management of business departments' projects.
- Responsible for risk management guidance, policy formulation and risk management framework establishment.
- Responsible for risk management of equity capital market transactions, including providing opinions to members of the Approval Committee.
- Assist department heads in handling specially designated projects and participate in risk management work assigned by the head office.
- Carry out team building work to improve the work enthusiasm of team members and their
- sense of belonging to the company
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience in risk management at a large financial institution.
- CFA. FRM or CPA preferred.
- High integrity in complying with risk management requirements and company regulations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
