VP, Investment Risk Management, RMD

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for investment project, asset disposal and asset value assessment andanalysis, and provide opinions to the Approval Committee.
• Responsible for supervising the post-investment monitoring and management of business departments' projects.
• Responsible for risk management guidance, policy formulation and risk management framework establishment.
• Responsible for risk management of equity capital market transactions, including providing opinions to members of the Approval Committee.
• Assist department heads in handling specially designated projects and participate in risk management work assigned by the head office.
• Carry out team building work to improve the work enthusiasm of team members and their
• sense of belonging to the company

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in risk management at a large financial institution.
• CFA. FRM or CPA preferred.
• High integrity in complying with risk management requirements and company regulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
