Location: Wan Chai

Responsibilities 工作範圍 : Serve food and beverage to guests in the restaurant.
Perform daily job tasks such as setting tables, refilling condiments etc.
Provide quality service to guests and surpass their expectations.
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner
Liaise with guest requests in regards to special occasions, birthdays, dietary requests
Upselling and making recommendations to guests upon booking and arrival
Assist with venue event enquiries
Be the welcoming face of our restaurant

Requirements 工作要求 :
Basic English is required
Willing to learn
Responsible; A good and supportive team player
MUST have HKID / valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong
Immediately available is highly preferable
