Position Overview:As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our US-based clients. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing solutions promptly and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity for career growth and development in a stimulating and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding various products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Energetic, responsible, and organized individual with a quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• English proficiency at B2 level or better
• Available to work on US shifts.
• Previous experience working for an American company is preferred
• Has previous relevant experience related to:
• Medical Billing or
• Health Insurance or
• Collections or
• Workers Compensation
• No-Fault
