As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service experience, addressing inquiries, and providing technical support to our valued clients. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Most of your time will be devoted to resolving and escalating customer inquiries through various channels. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our development and operations team to identify and resolve any technical issues. Barion is based in Budapest, but you will need to support the company in its expansion. The primary language will be Hungarian, but fluency in Czech/Slovak language is a huge plus.

Key responsibilities

Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, emails, live chat and our ticketing system.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently. Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies.
Continuously update our external and internal knowledge base to ensure it remains accurate.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to provide high quality support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2-3 years) as a Customer Care Specialist.
Tech savviness, so a deep understanding of software systems is a must.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian, English. Fluency in Czech/Slovak language is a huge plus.
Experience in the financial services sector, understating of KYC/AML policies would be ideal.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of personalities.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
