Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Data Access Lead in Hungary, where you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare data sources available on the Hungarian market. This includes building relationships with key providers and driving the acquisition and utilization of data assets internally in Astra Zeneca and within the healthcare environment via ground-breaking care projects.

Accountabilities:
As a Data Access Lead, your role will encompass data landscape screening and data acquisition, business data insights partnering, and acting as a data expert for transformative care projects. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining knowledge of data in the Hungarian healthcare market. You will also support management in understanding the data landscape and coordinate data services acquisition. You will also be responsible for turning available data into actionable insights with the support of IBEX specialists.

Crucial Skills/Experience:

• BA or MA degree in data/economics/health sciences or related field
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong English language skills
• Strong collaboration skills, team-oriented approach, effective communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical solution focused approach
• Eagerness to learn, understand and translate for business all the gained insights

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Leadership experiences
• Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on healthcare data and its utilization
• Advanced data related skills like SQL, Python, statistics, etc.
