DESCRIPTION

Contract via 3rd party agency

You'll do:

Provide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projects within the Workplace Analytics Team
Establish strong work relationships with team members across geographical locations in different Wealth Management functions to support strategic initiatives
Liaise with Technology partners to understand the data source and suggest enhancements as needed
Build, monitor and review data models and conduct analyses based on specific requirements
Create and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements and the data pipeline
Work on the development of Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for reporting to senior management and business users including Financial Advisors
Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievements
Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

0-2 years of data or business analytics experience
Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter personality with a strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
Advanced written and verbal communications in English
The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine business partner needs and create purpose built solutions
At least Bachelor’s Degree
Great presentation skills

You might also have:

Data visualization experience (Tableau, Qlik View etc)
Experience with SQL, Data Iku
