Field Service Engineer (m/f/x)

As Field Service Engineer you …
- Install, repair and maintain Zeiss Medical devices and other Zeiss equipment.
- Solve technical problems and make technical customer trainings.
- Create service contract offers and support with repair quotes calculations.
- Serve customer requirements with the relevant service procedures while securing profit targets in Hungary and in case in Southeast Europe.
- A degree from a technical university or similar education preferable fine mechanics/mechatronics/electronic
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the service of technically challenging instruments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution oriented and analytic thinking
- Customer orientation and a passion for solving problems
- Very good knowledge of English language
- High willingness to travel, mainly in Hungary and in case in the SEE region
