The Finance Reporting Lead Analyst is senior professional position responsible for driving the generation, analysis, and submission of reports to various constituencies based on requirements. The overall objective is to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to directional strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
• Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic plans
• Collaborate with Global Budget Team and hiring mangers on resource management for CSC, Europe, MEA, and UK Cluster
• Participate in operating plan and resource planning activities
• Coordinate with the implements policies and procedures.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

What we’ll need from you:

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred.
• Good communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
• Experience and demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• CPA preferred.
• Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree.
