MOL GBS Hungary – the Finance/HR Service Centre of MOL, is looking for a new colleague in the

Process Improvement & Automation Project Leader

role.

Your daily routine will be in the position:
identify process improvement & automation possibilities through process mapping and assessment
design new process solutions and implement them within the Finance organization
project management & delivery of GBS Finance strategic projects, support GBS transformation activities, work transfers
be an active member of the Continuous Improvement team dedicated to improve and automate processes

The biggest challenges of the role:
The role requires relevant financial process and project experience that serve as good basis for delivering enhanced process solutions.
You need to understand the process that you improve and be able to propose solutions for redesigning them.
This role also comes with visibility to management and requires good communication, project and stakeholder management skills.

Skills required:
Degree in Economics / Finance / Computer Science
3 + years’ experience of project management or project work
3 + years’ experience in finance process analysis, design, and implementation
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to understand and streamline different business needs
Intermediate English required, Slovakian is an advantage
SAP system knowledge is an advantage
