What you’ll do

• Manage all benefits related data and documentation, the reporting to benefit vendors, invoice validations and payments
  
• Effectively solve complex employee inquiries and exceptions
  
• Act as key contact person of the benefits area within HR
  
• Participate in transition and reengineering projects
  
• Collaborate with the HR Benefits team to implement changes in country benefits
  

What we’ll need from you

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in Economics, HR
  
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations or in other highly administrative roles
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  
• Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
  
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  
• Fluent English language skills
  
• Excellent research and organizational skills
