HR Gyakornok

Feladatok és felelősségi körök:

• Munkaügyi dokumentumok előkészítése és kezelése.
  
• Személyi akták rendszerezése és karbantartása.
  
• Adatok bevitele és frissítése a HR rendszerekben (Workday, Időadat nyilvántartó – Attendance Tracking).
  
• Onboarding folyamatok támogatása, beleértve az új belépők tájékoztatását és dokumentációk előkészítését.
  
• Kapcsolattartás a munkavállalókkal és az őket érintő kérdések, problémák kezelése.
  
• Munkavállalóktól érkező kérések kezelése, rendszerben történő nyomonkövetése (Service Now)
  
• Egyéb ad hoc feladatok ellátása a HR csapattagok iránymutatása alapján.
  

Elvárások:

• Folyamatban lévő nappali tagozatos felsőfokú tanulmányok HR területen - aktív hallgatói jogviszony legalább 2026-ig
  
• Folyékony angol nyelvtudás
  
• Elérhetőség legalább heti 24 órában
  
• Kiváló kommunikációs és szervezési készség
  
• Informatikai ismeretek (MS Office, különösen Excel és Word).
  
• Magas szintű precizitás, pontosság és megbízhatóság
  
• Jó problémamegoldó képesség és csapatmunkában való jártasság.
