The work can be managed fully remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.

Job Description
Support the Accounts Payable team/ process in the daily operation to achieve the highlighted key priorities and qualitative and quantitative target sets.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the stabilization of accounts payable processes transitioned from European entities to Hungary.
• Be involved in and support day-to-day operations in the following process areas:
  • Invoice receipt.
  • Invoice verification and processing.
  • Outgoing payment processing.
  • Deliver ad-hoc AP tasks requested by team lead, AP SME.
• Assist AP Closing and periodical activities.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve issues (incl. process improvements), propose solutions for the AP specialist.
• Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls.
• Support actions that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• University or college degree.
• Strong AP knowledge with at least1-2 years finance operations role, ideally in SSC.
• Good understanding of invoice processing and payment approval process.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proactive and outcome-focused attitude.
• Self- motivation

Preferred Skills:

• Worked in multinational companies before.
• Experience with process migrations is preferred.
• Good Excel knowledge (basic formulas and pivots).
• Experience with SAP R3

Education:

• University or college degree, Finance is an advantage.
• Have the eligibility to work in Hungary.

Technical/ IT knowledge:

• Experienced user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot).
• Experience in SAP.
