Team/Role Overview

Through managing the day-to-day processes, Citi’s Sourcing Services Team plays a pivotal role in supporting Citi’s mission. We are seeking a Junior Sourcing Specialist into our Sourcing Services Team.

Your job will be focused on making sure our third-party contracts are properly documented and comply with Citi’s standards. Besides your direct team members you will also work closely together with category sourcing managers on any upcoming issues.

What you’ll do

• Ensure that contracts in EMEA region meet local and internal requirements pre- and post-activation
• Work on continuous contract quality assurance (QA)
• Report contracts on weekly and monthly basis to reduce findings from Audit perspective.
• Continuously collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. Third-Party Management) to ensure alignment on processes and Service Level Agreement attainment.
• Analyze sourcing workflows and QA metrics to recommend and implement process improvements, enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing operations.

What we’ll need from you

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in an operational environment, preferably in Supply Chain Sourcing - fresh graduates are also welcome
• Knowledge of contract and vendor management might be an asset
• Experience in working within the parameters of set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm
• Good computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent English language knowledge (both verbal and written)
• Advanced communication skills
