Master Data Management Expert in Waste Management

Responsibilities:
Works together with Business Analyst, Developers, MDM Maintenance Team and Business units to ensure creation and availability of customer, vendor and material master data.
Balances the incoming queue of new requests with unplanned needs in order to support both BAU operation and new developments.
Manages master data governance, including data definition, data models, data lifecycle, validations and related processes.
Participates in testing of new system functionalities regarding master data management
Has excellent communication skills to explain complex master data management issues in an understandable way to different stakeholders.
Defines processes, standards and procedures regarding master data.
Has experience with data quality and supports related initiatives, helps to identify data cleansing opportunities.
Has experience with SAP, occasionally maintain different master data within the system.
Has experience with Salesforce, occasionally maintain different master data within the system.
Provides training and support to users regarding master data management practices and tools.
Defines and sometimes runs data analysis requests or reports in support of different Business units.
Supports ad hoc efforts to mass create or change master data in support of new product launches, business process changes, or other project work
Defines development directions to Product Owners of different systems.
Knowledge of and experience with (various) MDM tools is a plus.

Requirements:
University/College degree
4-5 years of work experience, 3-4 years on relevant area
“Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), development methods
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills, good English knowledge
Strategic thinking and analytical approach
Flexibility, results oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
