Job Description:

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or installation sector
- Strong technical knowledge in installations, including HVAC, sanitary, and fire systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project), Auto CAD; experience with tender programs is a plus
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and synthesis skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken) is required
Job Description:

Review and analyze provided tender documentation, including technical specifications and project details, to prepare technical and financial proposals based on tender requirements - Request and compare offers from suppliers/subcontractors
- Continuously update technical solutions and maintain a database of material prices
- Communicate with clients to address requests and provide necessary clarifications regarding proposals
