Job description, responsibilities and duties
  • Understanding of products, services and functionalities NEXI does for its clients (financial institutions, fintechs, retailers, …).
  • An overview of what is happening in the area of payments (mainly card payments, but not only).
  • Product, services and functionalities design and planning, incl. product strategy preparation.
  • To be products/services owner for assigned area.
  • Managing the lauch of new solutions and services on to the market.
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, including planning, prioritization and deliveries.
  • Clarifying requirements, critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding.
  • Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the other teams in the company.
  • Designing the products, services or functionalities, including functional definition, parameters, business case calculation, costs and pricing, SLA, etc.
  • Participation in solution presentations to clients, at conferences., ... etc
  • Manages the preparation of commercial offers and in the response to the Rf Is, Rf Ps, based on the client's needs.
  • Analyzing of market needs for the target client segments. Analyzing the competitors, their solutions and services and their positioning.

Economical or Technical field of study
Language skills
Slovak - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Economical or Technical field of study
  • 4+years of previous Product manager experience
  • Experience with product management- acquiring
  • Very good business thinking and financial expertise
  • Proficiency experience with presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership and/or clients
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • English language on upper-intermediate level + any other of following languages is advantage
