This position reports to

EL Customer Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Sales / Return Orders Management • Tracking of shipments • Complaint management (disputes, returns, logistic/billing/technical issues) • Activity management in Salesforce and SAP • Performance and KPI analysis & advising improvement action • Customer & team meetings • Interaction with multiple ABB functions (warehouse, factory) • Direct Customer contact (mainly via e-mail in Salesforce) • Export to non-EU countries processes

Qualifications for the role

• Excellent communication skills in French
• Good communication skills in English
• Italian or Spanish knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience with any ERPs (SAP, Salesforce systems) is a huge plus
• Experience in customer service or complaint management is a huge plus
• Accurate and pay attention to details
• Good team player & customer oriented
• Being able to understand process complexity
• Being comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel is an advantage

We are currently looking for a French speaking Order Management Specialist in our Budapest office. In this position you will be responsible to provide appropriate solutions for customer requests, and coor-dinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc). In this role you will be using your customer service and compliant management skills, to support the Customers and local ABB teams in France.
