You will:

• Manage strategic programs and related reporting activities
• Collect and analyze data, check data quality, and make suggestion for improvements, facilitating regular data hygiene cycles
• Collect strategic program updates and metrics and manage collaboration forums to share the results
• Answer Program/Project Management related questions
• Ensure the completeness of all required materials and managing internal schedules
• Engage with the COO/Chief of Staff, hiring managers and business managers
• Represent the team’s requirements in decision-making sessions
• Collaborate closely with the Reporting Team and compile reports on ad-hoc requests
• Assist the department in enhancing, formalizing, and standardizing the business planning process
• Provide expertise and support to management on compiling information into a standardized, presentable format

Program Management Office (PMO) and Data Analytics Specialist is required to oversee, manage and follow up on various Program Management, and provide regular reports to the senior management of the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Division. The reports give information on the overall program structure and the most important deliveries in all regions. A successful candidate will support both execution of ongoing PMO activities and enhancement of the procedures. They will be responsible for liaising with program and project managers, business managers, Chiefs of Staff, and the core strategic team. A successful candidate should have a solid foundation of data analytics and reporting, attention to detail and experience in consolidating gathered information with accuracy and consistency. It is also desired to have an appetite for learning new tools and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Morgan Stanley has a key requirement for a PMO and Data Analytics Specialist in Budapest to work as part of the Management team that’s mission is to provide operational and logistical support around personnel, finances, flow of information, and team culture in order to optimize collaboration and performance, and the value driven by Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Teams. The PMO and Data Analytics Specialist function in the team is primarily responsible for the support of various program management related functions within the organization by providing recurring and ad-hoc reports; defining and managing KPIs; assisting in management of strategic programs; collecting, analyzing and presenting data; and managing PMO activities and related processes. The agenda over the next few years includes continued enhancement and standardization of the processes, reporting environment and toolset whilst also ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
