Pricing & Commercial Agreements Expert

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Focus on future-oriented activities within the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of new pricing capabilities across the EMEA region, including CORE, pricing tools, robotic automation, and more.
  • Engage and collaborate with various L1 stakeholders to provide advisory support and share expertise on pricing and commercial agreements.
  • Address and support the resolution of issues impacting regional pricing performance.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on commercial agreements, influencing overall customer experience.
  • Partner with finance and commercial squads to enhance transparency of various pricing strategies and their impacts.
  • Oversee the execution of New Business Models (NBM) from a process and system perspective, ensuring organizational readiness and scalability.
  • Lead improvement initiatives to benefit the L1 team and coordinate with other teams for timely implementation, including PARMA and One DCE.
  • Drive change management and facilitate onboarding for new processes and tools developed.
  • Build strong partnerships and manage stakeholders within L1 teams to advocate for business needs and develop suitable solutions.
Who you are:
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong business acumen and critical thinking about systems and processes.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on collaboration, agility, and strong leadership.
    • Effective decision-making skills, accountability, and the ability to influence others.
    • Team player with the ability to work comfortably with various functions and across different cultures.
    • Compliance and accuracy-driven mindset.
    • Strong ability to collaborate, build consensus, and earn trust.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the region. Fluency in English is essential.
