What You’ll Do:

• Office Coordinator: Coordinate day-to-day office tasks and manage office supplies.
• Meeting & Event Support: Assist in setting up meeting room, and help with event coordination.
• Order Management: Gain experience handling orders, including company formation, bank account setup, and client service support.
• Client & Vendor Relations: Communicate with clients, vendors, banks, and translation services, honing your negotiation and communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
• Courier & Document Management: Manage incoming and outgoing documents, including packages and important correspondence.
