We are seeking a Senior Android Developer contractor, proficient in Kotlin, to join a project for a major British media broadcast company. The role requires strong expertise in Rx Android / Rx Kotlin for reactive programming, along with media playback experience. Familiarity with Android TV and Fire TV is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
- Implement reactive programming patterns using Rx Android / Rx Kotlin.
- Optimize and enhance media playback functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Android development using Kotlin.
- Strong proficiency in Rx Android / Rx Kotlin.
- Experience with media playback implementation.
- Familiarity with Android TV and Fire TV is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Location
- You have to live and be eligible to work as a contractor in the UK or in Hungary.
