Senior Copywriter

From campaign management, research, and analytics that drive business decisions to captivating content and digital assets, the team is a reliable source of expertise in eight portfolio areas, including Editorial, to colleagues around the globe.
The Editorial team is responsible for a variety of copywriting tasks such as writing and editing articles, blogs, social media posts, emails, and newsletters, as well as more complex deliveries such as white papers, case studies, and message concept creation. They also serve as brand ambassadors, ensuring Ericsson’s style and tone of voice is consistently applied throughout communications.
You will
As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for copywriting, copy editing, and proofreading a variety of communications and marketing materials, ensuring they align with business goals. There will be a strong focus on telecommunications and technology throughout these assets.
You will primarily collaborate with other members of the Editorial team, but you will also work with colleagues across various portfolio areas on projects, contributing your content and editorial expertise to the creative process. It is essential that you can develop content from brief documents and scoping calls with stakeholders, effectively simplifying complex concepts into clear, impactful communications.
In this role, you will also mentor junior team members, conduct quality reviews, and provide editorial guidance while promoting best practices within the team.

To be successful in the role, you must have
- advanced research, content editing, copywriting, and proofreading skills (6–8 years of experience preferred)
- experience in crafting content for the IT or telecommunications sectors
- experience in creating concepts, defining messaging, and developing taglines is a plus
- a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- excellent collaboration, communication, multitasking, and workload management skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- a learning and mentoring mindset focused on team success
- a native English-speaking background is a strong advantage, but not a prerequisite
- experience in an agency or in-house agency setting is beneficial
